Coconut and Peach Porridge

Ingredients

  • Vogel’s Café-Style Superoats Chia & Coconut – 1tsp brown sugar optional
  • Tinned Peaches
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Vogel’s Café-Style Golden Toasted Toppers
  • A sprinkle of plain Oats

Preparation:

To make porridge:

  1. 45g  or ½ cup of Vogel’s Café-Style Superoats Chia & Coconut
  2. 150ml or 2/3 cup of milk or water for a lighter option.
  3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds or cook on stove top (medium heat) for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Adjust milk or water to suit.
  5. Sprinkle with cornflakes, Vogel’s Café-Style Golden Toasted Toppers and plain oats.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
